Hi - We own two student properties in Lenton.  Both have been refurbished to a high standard. As we live in Nottingham issues can be sorted out quickly.  The properties are accredited to the local authority HMO scheme which means that we have to make sure that the property is maintained to a high standard as well as making sure that all processes are adhered to (e.g.Government backed deposit scheme member).
