We are a family owned, single property business.We have been landlords for over four years and our tenants have all been happy and pleased with our property. Current tenants love the size of the house, position, the private back yard (where they had many barbeques in the summer) and amenities, especially the dishwasher!

We aim for our property to be of good quality and one that our children would have felt safe and happy in AND would enjoy living in it!

Rooms are all of good size, separate living room and large dining kitchen ,all bedrooms have double beds(new matresses for 1st July 2014) easy access to the universities, shops, cafe's/bars and the town centre etc.
