We are Unipol Dash landlords and believe the code is important in maintaining property standards. We have owned and successfully self managed shared student properties for more than 20 years. We now use Uni2Rent to manage our student lets for us but we will still be available in any emergency. We pride ourselves on 20 years with no major complaints or issues and almost without exception happy students who have treated our houses with respect and left them in the condition that they found them in.
