We run a small family run business and have been with Unipol for the last 29 years. We are a golden owner with Unipol, having received no complaints and are a member of the Unipol Code as well as being a Leeds City Accredited Landlord. 

I am contactable at any time. We maintain all of our properties to a high standard, including garden maintenance. We are willing to negotiate on moving in extra furniture or re-arranging the furniture in our properties. We are also willing to negotiate bills included contracts on our properties, upon request.
