About us

We are a husband and wife team and have been providing good quality student accommodation in Nottingham since 1986.  Our student homes are located in Lenton, The Park and The Arboretum.  We provide a good standard of accommodation which is well maintained and managed by ourselves.  We offer our students a personal and friendly service and aim to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their home for the year.  We can always be reached by phone out of office hours and will respond to emergencies immediately.  We do not charge any registration or administration fees upon signing up a tenancy.  Students’ deposits are protected under www.mydeposits.co.uk online.
