Each year we commission 2 full fire alarm system services by an approved contractor, one in summer and one in winter, to make sure that your fire alarm is operating correctly.

At the same time the intruder alarm is serviced annually to make sure that this is operating correctly.

Using an approved GasSafe engineer your gas boiler and appliances are tested and serviced annually to make sure that they are running safely and efficiently with a certificate produced.

Maintenance

All maintenance reports are posted on our property management software and we keep you up to date on repairs through phone calls, letters, emails and text messages.

We have an in-house maintenance team and we also sub contract out to a number of well trusted contractors who we have worked with for years so If something stops working or goes into fault during your tenancy you can be sure that we will attend to it promptly.
