Foster Properties is a family owned and run business with over 40 years experience in renting property to students. We are a Gold star member of the Unipol Code and a landlord member of NRLA. We don’t use any managing agents, so you can be assured that you have direct contact with us when you need us. 

All our properties are extremely well maintained and we pride ourselves on prompt repairs and general maintenance being dealt with within 48 hours and at a high standard.

When you sign up with us we ensure that your deposit is protected by The Deposit Protection Service’s Custodial Scheme. This scheme requires that the money you pay to Foster Properties is transferred over for safeguarding until the end of the tenancy.
