About me.

I began letting in Nottingham in 2005 when I bought a property for my son and his friends to live in. I now own just two properties so I am a very small, personal business. This means that I am easily contactable and can respond quickly to any issues that arise. Having had a family member in my property I am aware of the needs of students and work to make sure that these are met. I don’t charge any additional fees or require parental security for rental payments. The deposits on my properties are protected by the DPS.
