We are a small family run business of professional plumbers and heating engineers. We have owned two neighbouring properties, set in a Victorian Villas for over 25 years which we let to students. We have been founder members of Unipol and both properties have been restored to the highest of standards.

Our aim is to ensure that all students have a comfortable and safe stay whilst living at Newdigate Villas. The houses are cleaned to the highest standards prior to the commencement of the tenacy and that any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by our team of professional and trusted tradesmen.
