In addition, I have the personal traits and qualities in running a successful business that is both fair and safe for the tenants.  Furthermore, I am a great believer in empathy; accommodating and adopting a pro-active approach to resolving reasonable concerns from my tenants.  Especially, as I have had my children go through University accommodation housing systems recently.  This has allowed me to acquire valuable insight into student demands.

As part of recent refurbishments; kitchen, bathrooms, new internet facilities, tumble dryers, dishwashers have been installed to give that homely feeling that students desire.
