I have been an accredited landlord with Unipol since 1997, currently listed as a Gold Owner & memeber of the Unipol Landlords Consultative Group.
We are members of "The Leeds Rental Standard" and also the Residential Landlords Association.
We are a family business with a small portfolio of 4-8 Bed student properties in the Leeds 6 area.
Each house is registered with British Gas Homecare Plan which provides a 24/7 Helpline service, which covers annual service, gas certificates and emergency call outs for heating and plumbing, drainage & electrics.

“After living at this address for 2 years I would say the house is spacious and great value for rent and I would strongly recommend it to student from 2nd year onwards.
The upkeep on the house from the landlady and handyman is exceptional and when there was an issue they responded quickly. Also they were very approachable and friendly towards us for the whole of the tenancy and helped us on the maintenance of the house even if it was accidental neglect.
The facilities are excellent and the layout of the house I felt allows easily for private space (if you like to keep yourself to yourself). However any students that want to live in a very homely environment should take advantage as well.

All our properties are regularly upgraded and maintained to a high standard and managed by our own maintenance team. This includes regular Fire and Electrical inspections.
We will always endeavour to respond as quickly as possible to issues raised and deal with them in a professional and fair-minded manner.
As well as being a landlord we have had experience of our 3 children going through the University process and therefore appreciate the anxieties that both parents and students may have when renting a student property for the first time.
