About Me

Hello, my name is Mrs Leila Kara. I have been a Landlady and a member of the Unipol Code since 1994. 

We manage the business in a friendly manner, so as our tenants, you will deal with us directly and personally and we do our best to make the whole process of viewing, agreement and deposit as straightforward as can be. We usually try to help potential tenants who arrive to Leeds and don’t know the city by offering to pick them up from the station whenever possible and explaining to them how to get by in Leeds.

We live in Leeds and are therefore only a phone call away in case of emergency (such as being locked outside) and in such situations have never charged our tenants.

We use the custodial scheme of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to safeguard the deposits and we have never had a dispute since the scheme was introduce by the government in 2007.
