I have been a Landlady for over 20 years along with being a tutor and examiner at the University of Nottingham. This gives me great experience in dealing with students, along with intimate knowledge of the internal working of the University. Not only would I supply lodging throughout your most important academic years but also guidance through any problems that may arise.

I will be present at the move-in date and shall go through all the appliances of the house, for example how the heating, gas or electricity works, saving you time and worry throughout the stressful 'moving in' process.

I will always be available to you, should you encounter any problems, and have an electrician and plumper on standby, I also have a grounds-man on hand should I be out of the country when you run into difficulty.

As you can see, the services I provide do not stop once you have moved in and you shall be fully looked after, to the best of my capabilities, throughout your academic year.
