Mr. & Mrs Surti are very caring and considerate full time independant Landlords and our 25yrs knowledge and experience in personally maintaining & managing student accommodation means all our properties are in superb condition.

This 25yrs knowledge also means Mr. Surti is able to personally carry out all repairs including student accidental repairs Free-Of-Charge. We only live 10 mins away and our students just Text Mr. Surti with any repairs and he'll call round either immediately or when convenient with the students. Mr. Surti's time and labour is all 100% free, so unlike most other landlords there are no call-out charges, no unknown tradesmen entering the house etc. All boiler & heating service & repairs are fully covered by B.Gas 24hr contract and because we've been with them for over 25yrs, they give us priority and always call-out the same day.

Each house has Mr. & Mrs Surti's 'very high standard' annual maintenance package of cleaning, decorating etc during the minimum 2-week vacant period between tenancies. Thus we limit our property portfolio to max 20 houses, so ensuring all our properties are always well looked after.

Deposits are £250pp payable around 28 days after signing contracts. Deposits are then protected via the 'Unipol TDS' Scheme or 'Mydeposits', with the paperwork e-mailed to each tenant.
