We have been established in 1984 after helping out other landlords for number of years looking after their properties which they let out to students. Our ‘student letting’ is a small family run business which we manage with personal care and attention. In the last few years we have renovated number of properties in our small portfolio and now all our properties are of above average in quality and standards.

We are member of national and local property associations called RLA and LPA since many years and we have been member of Unipol since as early as 1980’s, complying the Unipol code since it’s existence and have achieved GOLD status of membership with Unipol.

Over the last few years we have received few awards which shows our commitment to our lettings business. In 2015 we have received an award for 'Best customer services' from Leeds University Students Union Landlord Awards. This was accross all large and small landlords. Prior to that, we have been runner up awards winner in 2014 for ‘best overall small landlord’ as well as runner up awards winner 2014 for 'Safer Leeds' by Leeds University students union Landlord awards.  In 2017 we achieved a runner up award by ‘Rate your Landlords ‘. We have number of student groups renting our properties for their entire duration of studies at Universities in Leeds (after the 1st year when they have to stay at Halls of residence).  We also have had many students returning to our properties after they have had a year out of studies. This is a reflexion of overall happiness our tenants have.
