I first came to Bradford in 1969 to study textile technology at Bradford University. I’ve lived in the area ever since and first got into the property market in 1986 where I bought my first house to help fund my children’s’ education. Since then I’ve stayed with the housing market and keep my portfolio to a few houses, I now have just over 27 years experience of being a Landlord. In addition to this I also help  a fellow landlord with his lettings too. Over those years, I’ve seen Bradford change, especially in the housing market. I feel that my job can be stressful at times but still extremely rewarding.

I offer myself to tenants for general support during the day and evening, who are welcome to contact me with any questions they may have. After a damage incident report I will inspect the property as soon as possible and decide on the appropriate course of action. Usually issues can be resolved quickly, with general house maintenance firms such as British Gas.

I build good rapport with my student tenants; and always offer the opportunity to new tenants to contact old tenants should they wish to.
