A graduate of Bradford University, I previously worked in the logisitics and distribution industry after graduating, I now work in event management.

I have owned my property at 13 Royal Park Mount, Hyde Park, LS6 1HL since 2000 and No. 13 is my only student let. I have seen many changes to the both the local area and the student rental marketplace in that time.

With a keen interest in DIY I managed the full refurbishment of my property in the summer of 2015 to ensure it maintains its position as a desireable residence in an ever changing rental market.
