My name is Katharine O'Carroll.

I lived for many years at 39 bringing up my children. It is a fantastic house, large enough for there to be space for everyone individually, and with communal rooms that work well for family or group get-togethers.

I hope you enjoy living there as much as I did.

"My housemates and I really enjoyed our year living in 39 Richmond Mount. It was made easy with the help of the landlord Katharine. She is a really friendly person and easily approachable which is a great attribute for a landlord to have. Although Katharine does not live locally, she has a team of trustworthy people who help out when needed. On occasion, things broke or stopped working and when this did happen Katharine would always respond straight away and the problem would be sorted the same or next day. Katharine kept an up to date inventory and was very helpful and reasonable when we were moving out of the house. Overall, I would definitely recommend Katharine as a landlord."   Third year student 2015-2016

"From the start of our tenancy right to the end (and even after with our post and deposits), Katharine has been the best landlady I've had in six years living as a student in Leeds. The house is great and it's obvious it is a home - not a cheaply put together, crammed in student house.

If there were ever any problems Katharine, and a friendly team of local tradesmen, neighbours and friends, were all on hand to fix it at a moments notice. She was friendly, and above all human! It wasn't a crime to have locked yourself out of your room, or to ask where the gas meter was. She always was polite and checked before people needed to access the house.

I wholeheartedly cannot recommend her enough as a brilliant landlady! All the best and enjoy Leeds future tenants!
