Accredited through Unipol and signed up to the DASH code you can rest assured the property offers not only a pleasant place to stay but provide a safe, efficient and cost effective environment as well.

Being an independent landlord has its advantages when considering the student budget. I do not charge any fees for contract acceptance, inventories or submitting your Deposit. The only thing I charge is your monthly rental fee for your room and communal living space.

I do request a security deposit at the beginning of your tenancy to cover any possible damage to the property. This is held securely under lock and key in the Deposit Protection Scheme accounts and presented back to you in full provide everything is in order. You will even get the Interest accrued on the deposit sum for the time it is held in DPS bank accounts.
