Established in 1987, MP properties are a family business that has over 37 years of experience in providing a comprehensive letting service to university and higher education students in Leeds. We also specialise in property ownership, management, and maintenance.

Our portfolio of properties are predominately located in the Hyde Park and Headingley areas, and we are committed to providing a high standard of accommodation, premium level of service and a responsible and comfortable approach to student and professional letting.

We understand studying away from home has with it tremendous opportunities as well as its challenges, therefore year on year we strive to adapt our lettings service around you to ensure that your stay with us will be a pleasant, safe and secure one. We maintain a polite and courteous relationship with all our tenants and ensure all issues are attended to as quickly as is possible.

MP properties are accredited members of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and the Leeds City Council Landlord Accreditation scheme, and all of our properties fully conform to the UNIPOL Code of Standards.

MP properties currently have a score rating of 4.9/5.0, under the UNIPOL Rate Your Landlord project that is in partnership with Leeds University Union.

MP properties are members of the Leeds Rental Standard, 2024. 

MP properties are UNIPOL Golden Award holders for all years up to 2024, we have also been awarded the Leeds Landlord 'Best Value Deal of Year' Award 2013, by the Leeds University Student Union and were Finalists in the 'Best Small Landlord' and 'Social Responsibility Award' categories at the Leeds University and Leeds Trinity Student Union - Leeds Landlord Awards 2014 and 2015.
