I have worked hard to ensure every room is really comfortable and has everything you would need. I live only 3 miles from the property and am there promptly when a problem is reported.

I work closely with two other reputable students Landlords. Together we use a great team of trusted workmen so the house is always maintained to a very high standard. Repairs are always completed quickly.

I am always careful to comply with all regulations and recommendations: The house recently passed inspections by Leeds City Council’s HMO and by UNIPOL inspectors. Both organisations were very impressed with what they saw.
