I am a friendly caring landlady and have owned a small number of properties for the last 16 years which means I have the time to maintain the properties to a high standard and to personally attend to problems as they arise.

Although I use agents to let the houses I supervise all maintenance issues myself with the help of a group of friendly workmen, some of whom I have used for many years.

I aim to respond to all calls with a visit within 24 hours and to resolve to problems as speedily as possible.

I also seek to develop a good relationship with all my tenants many of whom have stayed with me for several years.
