Landlord Profile;

I’m David, and I am a private individual landlord with three properties in Lenton which I rent out to students and have been doing so for over fifteen years, I pride myself in provide good quality houses for tenants to live in, which I constantly redecorate and update in various ways each year as needed.

My philosophy is that if I provide nice, clean and comfortable accommodation to live in, then hopefully it will be appreciated, enjoyed and respected, and then returned back in the condition it was taken.

I am also a Unipol Gold Dash Code Member the highest membership available through the university and my properties are regularly inspected by them to ensure they continue to meet the current and new Dash Code requirements

I have an agent who deals with the letting and rent collection of the houses, together with any repair issues, which I expect them to deal with quickly and efficiently, and they have a wide variety of trades people who they can call upon to do this.
