Hello and thank you for considering staying with us.  We have been open since September 2008 and accommodated many students over the years from various institutions in all stages of education, from A’ Levels to Phds.  You can stay with us during your entire time as a full time student so no need to go through the stress of house hunting.

We pride ourselves on our approachability and customer service.  Our office is located on the ground floor of the building, so we are not far away if you need any help or just want a chat.  A member of staff is on site 24/7, so even at three in the morning you can speak to one of us if you have a problem.  We are a small team and we hope you will get to know us as we get to know you.  We will try and help with any issue you may have, even those not related to your accommodation with us, and can signpost you to a vast array of services on offer from your university or elsewhere.

We have a post collection service that is not limited to set hours.  Our free on-site gym for residents is on the 23rd floor and offers amazing views of the city, so much so we often have companies such as BBC and Channel 4 use the building for filming.

There is no need to worry about unexpected bills as your electricity and water are included.  The internet is also free and at 12mb a great speed too!  Wifi is available in our common room that is always open.  Not to mention the Sky TV, vending machines and pool table.  Your belongings are covered by the contents insurance that we provide for you via Endsleigh.

Have a fault in your flat?  Simply complete a form at reception and our on-site maintenance team will look into it for you.  As we are part of the Unipol Code of Standards we subscribe to their system of categorising and prioritising of faults so you’ll know when your fault will be due to be repaired, though of course we are always trying to beat our targets.
