Springwell have over 35 years experience in the student letting market. With offices based in the centre of Headingley opposite The Head of Steam and just up from Natwest, and in the city centre between the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, opposite Leeds Arts University, Springwell have a wide collection of some of the finest student properties in Headingley, Hyde Park, Burley, Woodhouse and near both Universities.

The success of the company has been a result of our excellent knowledge of this particular market and the needs of students. We pride ourselves on our faultless reputation of dealing with students from when they first arrive in Leeds right through to graduation. Springwell believe that at the core of a good business is the ability to provide an excellent service, and we will always strive to deliver just that.  As part of that commitment to excellent service we operate our own dedicated maintenance team with 24 hour maintenance cover.

We're members of the RLA - Residential Landlord Association, the Leeds Rental Standard run by Leeds City Council, and the PRS (Property Redress Scheme). We are a Golden member of the Unipol Code which means the company has been a Code member for at least four consecutive years without a sustained complaint being made against us. The Code sets minimum standards for the physical condition of the building, the way in which the building has to be managed and maintaining customer satisfaction and dealing promptly with any repairs or problems.  All of our properties meet these standards.
