Hi.  Woodland Property (UK) Ltd is a small family run business.  We have 4 properties in Nottingham aimed at the student letting market.  We offer newly renovated, well maintained, safe accommodation in prime University locations.   Our policy is to keep our properties well maintained and as we live in Nottingham, we are able to deal with any problems proptly should they arrise. 

We are offering an all inclusive rental package which not only includes gas, electric and water but also broadband and TV licence. This should make it easier to budget for the year ahead but we are also happy to reduce it to a basic rent if you would like to pay the utility bills directly yourselves.

We want our students to come away with a positive housing experence.  There are no hidden charges or sign up fees.
