We have been letting houses through Unipol since 2009 and are accredited"golden owner" landlords as well as being fully Dashcode accredited. We have two 5-bed student properties in Beeston, and have lived in both of them ourselves before renting them out. Both houses have been fitted out to the very high standards that we wanted for our own children when they were students (but didn't always have!) We live in Nottingham and,as the landlords, give personal, prompt and professional service to our tenants without any "middle men".. For those problems that we cannot fix ourselves, we have a number of reliable and responsive tradesmen to call on. Our aim is for the students in our houses to have an enjoyable and comfortable home while living and studying in Nottingham.
