I’ve been a Landlord now for 10 years, as I took over the properties my parents had bought before me, and I have stayed in Bradford. I love being in Bradford as it’s central for my family and I. It’s a popular city with everything you need right here; I particularly enjoy the curry shops.

I provide great accommodation to students at a reasonable price. Every year I make sure that the house is up to date, with redecoration and changing carpets and am responsive to students needs. I am available anytime for my student tenants and if there are any problems with the house I try to sort them out straight away.
