We have owned and rented out the house since April 2010. We are accredited under the Unipol Code. Our tenants have been overwhelmingly happy and very satisfied with the house and its management. Our son and daughter, both ex Leeds students, live in Leeds and have good contact with the tenants. Our friend, Aidan Schooley, has always done all the necessary minor maintenance works in a very efficient and pleasant manner.
