Fields Property is a family run business established in 1966, specialising in student, residential and commercial lets across Nottingham and Derbyshire.

Our office is conveniently based in Wollaton and is approximately a 10-minute drive away from our student properties in Dunkirk.  

Our student properties have been inspected by a member of staff from the Nottingham City Council and Unipol to ensure that they meet the safety standards set out for Landlords to adhere to. We have a variety of properties that differ in number of bedrooms & style, all are approximately a 10-minute walk from The University of Nottingham. Repairs are carried out by a trusted and reputable tradesman. 

Being a family run business there are no third-party agents involved which can help speed up processes including moving in, arranging repairs and contacting us for questions and queries. Every student will be given a direct mobile number to call the landlord in the event of an emergency.
