We have been student landlords for over 20 years and have been Unipol registered for all of that time and members of Unipol since 2005. We take pride in providing high quality, well maintained accommodation at a fair price and as we only have one property we are able to concentrate on giving a prompt and personal service.  This year the management of the property is taken over by our son David Oldroyd who is a project manager for Leeds University.
