I have 40 years experience of working in multinational organisations, 20+ as a senior executive.

I am now an executive coach and business mentor with 10 student properties in Dunkirk, all within 10 mins walk (max) of Notts Uni, and 5 mins walk of the QMC.

Like the executive clients I now coach, tenants become clients to whom I deliver a high standard of product and service.  I am interested to meet you and your friends so we can understand each other and agree the norms of conduct / behaviour, cleanliness and financial capability.

The properties are well located, in excellent condition and fully furnished to a high standard. All are UNIPOL 3 star rated, and all have 30cms of insulation in the roof spaces. This insulation ensures the houses remain warm  so you will not pay ‘heavenly’ gas & electricity bills!

All properties have modern central heating boilers, recently installed double glazing and security alarms, that make them good / safe places to live.

You will deal directly with me. No agents and no hidden fees or charges!

I am available every Monday to attend to / fix notified repairs, and talk to tenants that want advice about anything, ..... utility bills, dispute resolution, how to get the best out of living in UK / Nottingham, etc.

I meet and exceed the agreed service standards of the UNIPOL Landlord’s code as I would wish you to enjoy staying in my house for the duration of your period of study at Nottingham Uni. That could be a 3 year relationship, after which I hope to have earned a glowing Landlord recommendation from you!

You will get the probity and integrity you would expect from me, being able to txt and email 24/7/365 and get a response within 24 hours.

I would expect to be able to write for you, as I have for many of my tenants, a glowing Landlords’ reference at the end of our Tenant / Landlord relationship.

Deposit Protection.

Tenant deposit are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service, who are hassle free, and one of the authorised guardians of tenant deposits.

Being 1/2 way round the world from home with little knowledge in how things work here in the UK, Igor did an amazing job in settleing me and my housemates down. He took us through many tedious procedures such as setting up our gas & electricity contracts and dealing with the bank and many more. He gave us answers and advice - promptly when we asked and respectfully. Even things we had not tought about. At the end of the day, Igor became more than an landlord to us. He was our friend and also our 'guardian' - someone we know we can relyon when we met difficulties. Ivy Yee Yee Wong: Pharmacy student from Malaysia stayed in 98 Dunkirk Rd with 3 other friends 2016-17. Igor's house is fully furnished and well equiped. All essentials appliances and cutlery are provided in excellent condition. Igor always replies to me emails fast and is responsible and keen to solve all of our problems. His advise is always usefull and true to the situation. He is caring toward our studing experience in the UK and is always treating us with respect and courtesy. He always tells us in advance of any property viewings. In a nutshell I would definatly rate Igor 10 out of 10 for his warm hospitality and responsible attitude as a landlord.

Yeung How Tan: Mechanical Engineering student from Malaysia stayed in 81 Montpelier Rd with 4 friends 2016-17. Igor is a responsible landlord, he replies to his emails punctually, the same or very next day. He is a capable landlord and is both friendly and courteous with his tenants, giving advice regarding both things about the property and general questions. During our stay the equipment in the house worked well and fine, and would be repaired / replaced when it does not. When it broke down he fixed it quickly, providing peace of mind and allowing us to get on with Uni life. He is clearly a landlord who acts in good faith and can be trusted.
