As Unipol has evolved over the years, so have our properties.  We have great local knowledge and really understand the requirements of providing students with quality but affordable housing. 
We are a very hands-on team with access to many resources.  Being a Platinum Owner with Unipol for as far as we can remember is testament to the service we provide.  Our personable and hands on approach has resulted in many tenants resigning contracts/houses with us over the years. 
We manage all of our own properties ourselves, and nobody else’s.  This allows us to give the time to our clients as and when it is required, which does not always ring true for most letting agents.  This is a testament to the service we provide.
We have never charged a sign on fee.  What is advertised is what you pay and we have a very flexible approach to payment methods.
We at Unilets like to keep things simple, honest and personal.  Over the years we have adopted a very flexible approach for all student housing requests.
