Headingley Properties is a small family run company which is located on Ash Road a couple of hundred yards up the street at the side of the Manahatta - you have to look for us as you look like you are going up into the housing area but you will see a red and white sign hanging outside. As we are not on the main street like other agents we rely on our good reputation amongst students and our Unipol Golden Owner status to fill our houses. We also have featued every year in the top 2 of the winners of Landlord of the Year awards with Unipol. Many of our tenants stay on for a second year in the same house or just transfer to another of ours if their numbers change. All of the houses let by us we manage fully - taking care of any repairs or issues ourselves. Many agents sign tenants for an introduction fee and then pass you on to another landlord - that never happens with us. We will be the ones who contact you about setting up rent, take and return your deposits, deal with your repairs and maintainance etc. We have a large number of houses ranging from 1 - 10 bedrooms. All are renovated to a high standard and have double glazing, central heating, burglar alarm, zoned fire alarm as standard. All bedrooms are good sized doubles - no box rooms! We would be confident in saying we have some of the best houses in Headingley and  Hyde park ( afew in Woodhouse too). We also have a few luxury lets renovated in the last 2 years with ensuite bedrooms if you are looking for something more high end.  We run side by side with Whitkirk Construction so regulary update and renovate our houses with new kitchens, bathrooms, fitted bedroom furnishing etc. This also ensures that repairs are done promptly - if repair is called in during office hours we aim to have repaired same day. We can show you a specific house / flat you are interested in or you can book a 30/40minute viewing and we will show you 5-6 properties which fit your requirements. Most of our houses run off Ash Road which is ideal as viewings don't take long and once you've moved in you can just nip in when your passing if you have any issues, Hope to see you soon!
