I am a small time landlord who has been renting my property with Unipol for over ten years. I grew up on Brudenell Road near to the Hyde Park picture house so I'm very familiar with the area. I graduated from Huddersfield University and work in IT and have been with the same company for over 25 years doing a job I very much enjoy.

I am a very much hands on landlord who will endeavour to ensure the property is well maintained and all appliances in good working order. I always make a habit of visiting the property on a regular basis to keep in touch with my tenants and ensure all is going well and have no issues with tenants contacting me directly at anytime of day via phone, text or email.
