Being a qualified as a plumber and with experience of general property maintenance, Navin has been able to keep his properties in top condition and deal personally with the majority of general repairs. Also any repairs that are taking place Navin will inform the students on progress and time take to complete. During the summer holidays the student accommodations are renovated so that the new students can move into clean and safe properties.

A&K management has been accredited with unipol ever since the start of accredited landlords and also has HMO (Houses in multiple Occupation) Licences and well as all the compulsory gas and electrical certificates. All deposits are protected with the within the the government approved schemes.

They detail amount of rent, rental periods and deposits etc. At the beginning of the contact tenants receive a payments schedule for the whole year that clearly shows when rents are due, for what periods of time and how they are to be paid. At the end of a tenancy the the tenants receive a letter detailing what exactly is needed to be done so deposits can be returned intact.

Navin always treats his tenants with understanding and respect and is willing to help where he can. Navin understands the value of good tenant relations. Navin will always get back in touch with tenants within 24hrs of calling or texting.
