I came to Leeds as a student of engineering and graduated in 1974. I had such a wonderfull time as a student in Leeds, that I have never left as a result. My only complaint at the time was the total lack of any warm comfortable student accommodation without wildlife infestations or with any amenity whatsoever. I resolved that if I was able, I would attempt to rectify this, My first attempt was Belle Vue Road which I lived in whilst renovating and which was in such poor condition, it took over 6 years before I was happy it could be let!

Since 1984 we have supported the concept, code, and ideology of "Unipol" and have been a golden owner with them since then. We have always tried to provide the best, good value, comfortable student homes, with our motto donewell?  Our record is 7 years for a (evolving) group so we must get some things right!  Please view any of our homes available and feel free to make any suggestions for any improvements!
