We are a local family and have been letting student properties in Nottingham for nearly 25 years.  We live fairly close to all our porperties and are almost always available to answer queries, solve problems and arrange repairs as quickly as possible.  We have sons of our own who attended university and therefore understand some of the problems students face when moving into a shared house.  We protect deposits through MyDeposits.co.uk.
