Croft Properties have provided Student Houses in the Leeds area since 1984. We are a family business and we own all the properties on our website. We regularly refresh and redecorate our properties, inside and out, to a high standard. We are UNIPOL approved GOLDEN OWNERS and provide a professional service to all our tenants from the first time we meet until the very end of your tenancy. 

We take a pride in all our houses and go that extra mile to try to give you the best experience in private rented student houses in the Hyde Park area of Leeds. We provide large screen TVs in lounges, kitchen TVs, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble driers and microwaves. Our call-out response is second to none, often within minutes of your call. We will even replace any lights bulbs needed, free of charge. We are LPA/NRLA Members and operate our business strictly to the UNIPOL code of standards.

Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are displayed in each property and we have attended training courses for landlords to ensure that we are running our business correctly. We are also members of the Leeds Property Association. All Bonds are protected by the UNIPOL TDSL (insurance-backed-scheme). We aim to REPAY YOUR BOND WITHIN TEN DAYS at the end of your tenancy directly into your bank account.
