Orange Student Properties is a small family run business who specialise in providing HIGH QUALITY student accommodation. Having been students ourselves we understand your specialist needs and we work hard to develop good relationships with our tenants. Many of them rent from us for more than one year.

We have been in operation for over 15 years and have developed good links with the universities and our accommodation goes beyond accreditation standards.

Our houses are ideally located in the popular student area of Lenton in Nottingham.

All our properties are nicely decorated and furnished with modern furniture, having double glazing for extra security and cheaper heating costs.

GAS SAFE Gas Safety Certificates (checked annually)
Mains wired smoke alarms (inter-connected and with battery backup)
Burglar alarms
Fire blankets and fire extinguishers
Outside security lighting
Conformity to requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulation
Locks on internal doors and windows
Double glazing
Safety Certificates for Electrical Installation

Out of Hours Support

We have systems in place to ensure that any maintenance issues which may occur are dealt with in a speedy manner. This allows us to offer a comprehensive out of hour’s service for any urgent needs which may arise.

Deposits

Upon signing a tenancy agreement you will pay a deposit which is a refundable payment to cover any damage to the property. All deposits are paid into the Government Deposit Protection Scheme and are fully protected.

At the end of the tenancy, if there are is no damage then the full deposit is returned to you.

Upon entering the house in September, the previous tenants had left the house in an untidy and unsatisfactory condition which was very quickly (and apologetically) rectified in agreement with myself and my housemates, at no extra cost to ourselves. Throughout my time at the property it was a clean and comfortable home that met all my requirements adequately. Any minor problems that did occur with the house were quickly dealt with by the landlords. The property was left in a clean and sanitary condition near the end of June, as witnessed by the landlords who inspected the property after our departure. I was also a tenant with Orange Student Properties in the previous year in a nearby property and found that to be of a clean standard which was more than habitable.
