My wife and I have been letting houses to NTU students for 30 years.  We have only 3 properties each of which we manage ourselves so you will meet us personally not an agent or intermediary.  All our houses are furnished and maintained to high standards and have a homely rather than an institutional atmosphere. We live within 15 minutes of each property so are generally able to attend personally to any emergencies.

Each house fully complies with the Dash code for accredited accommodation. 

We do not charge any additional administration fees for tenany agreements, inventories etc.
