Ashfield Properties is one of Leeds leading residential lettings and property management agencies. We're also a family run business with over twenty five years' experience.

Information for Tenants

With a portfolio of available properties ranging from 1-bedroom studio apartments through to 14-ensuite bedroom ‘student’ properties, we’re bound to have a property on our books that meets your exact requirements. We also offer different rent options where utilities like gas, electricity and water can be included in the rent.

And just to reassure you, we are members of Unipol (the charity working to improve training, standards and professionalism in student housing), the Residential Landlords Association (RLA) and the Leeds Property Association (LPA) – all of whom promote high standards of privately rented accommodation and seek to support the important relationship between tenant and landlord.

We are also members of The Dispute Service Ltd which runs the 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme'. The scheme was established under the 2004 Housing Act and requires landlords to register details at the start and end of all Assured Shorthold Tenancies on which they take a deposit.

Maintenance is another box we know you'll need to tick. Indeed, "What about maintenance?" is often the first question we're asked - and quite rightly so. Ashfield Properties has its own dedicated maintenance team with 24 hour cover in case of emergencies. Couple this to our relationship with a variety of specialist contractors and you can be assured that we are able to deal with repairs quickly and efficiently.

We do this from a prominent location that has a good passing 'footfall'. Our free marketing of your property continues through a number of media including shop front and office brochures, leaflet drops and website advertising on our own and many other letting websites.
