I am Alan and I rent out several properties to Nottingham University students. I began as a landlord in 2001 when my son was a student at Nottingham and I am proud of the high standard of each house (they are well-equipped with modern kitchens/bathrooms and a full range of appliances). The properties have 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, and are all located in Beeston, very near to the West Entrance on the main university campus.

I have a good rapport with my tenants and they all have my direct number in case maintenance is required (with local tradesmen on hand to respond quickly).
