About Us

We have been providing student accommodation as a family business since 1998. We have a number of 3, 5 & 6 bed properties in the Lenton area, close to Nottingham Uni campus, the QMC and Nottingham City Centre. The properties are maintained to a very high standard.

Not only are we keen to provide high quality accommodation but also a great service to our tenants, dealing with any issues in a prompt and efficient manner. 

We offer competitive rents and do not charge any additional administration or hidden fees.
