We are a family business and have been looking after students' housing needs under Unipol membership for the past twelve years.

We have one high quality 4 bed house located between Beeston town centre and Nottingham University main campus West Entrance. It is rented each year from the 1st September until the following summer.

We are ready to assist our tenants whenever they have a query or a problem with any aspect of the shared house.

We live locally and are able to respond, or locate the necessary professional help, quickly. Out of hours calls are welcomed.

We use expert plumbers, electricians, builders and gardeners to ensure the property is maintained to the highest possible standards.

Deposits are protected through the Unipol system.
