Hi, my name is Bhajan Bhogal. I am a landlord of a family run student accommodation service.
We have over 24 years of experience of letting to students. Our properties are all accredited by unipol, and prior to that by Nottingham City Council for students of Trent University. We have a HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) licences and we have all compulsory gas and electrical certificates needed. All deposites are protected within a goverment scheme (DPS)

261 Mansfield Road consists of 3 self-contained flats (2, 3 and 5 bedrooms comprises of own entrance, hall way, lounge, kitchen and bathroom) The properties are situated 10 minute walk to Trent University (0.5miles) and into Nottingham Shopping Centre, also situated on regular bus route.

We provided a friendly helpful supportive service to our students during their stay, we are happy for our students to contact us any time with any concerns by phone, text or email.

Q: what happens to our deposit?

A: your deposit will be held by DPS and returned at the end of the tenancy agreement provided the agreement is met

Q: how do we pay the rent?

A: students will be given a breakdown of the rent payment; payments can be made by cheque, cash or straight into my bank account
