About Us

The Sarricchio portfolio of student owned and managed accommodation have been operating in Nottingham since 1995. Myself, Franco Sarricchio and wife dedicate our time and effort in ensuring that all tenants of ours are living comfortably and are encouraged to treat the property as their own home.

Our services and support is a 24 hour operation via mobile, text and/or email. We do understand the student market as both of our children have recently attended universities which has provided us with an understanding as to what students want and need to get out of their rented properties.

Any faults or items that need replacing are done so immediately depending on the severity of the situation i.e. fridge/ ovens/ washing machines/ vacuum cleaners would be replaced within 24 hours.

We take great pride in our properties and students can always have the trust needed within us as the landlord to provide a happy and successful time whilst studying at Nottingham University.
