Derwent Students was born from Derwent Living, a ‘profit for social purpose’ organisation providing affordable housing to suit a range of lifestyles. In 1997, Derwent took its first step in to student accommodation and has grown from strength to strength. Originally starting out in Nottingham with 154 bed spaces, Derwent Students now operates across the UK, housing over 6,200 students. We pride ourselves on offering top-notch student housing in great locations which is both comfortable and secure.
