About Us:

Jon and Karen Peterman have been in the rentals business for 20 years.  We are a family business with a few investment properties in Leeds with our student property in Burchett Place being advertised through our membership of the Unipol Code.  Although we live in London we have good contacts in Leeds and use managing agents to  set up the AST agreements, organise the deposit protection and collect the rent on our behalf, however we can be contacted at any time for advice and support when it is needed.  We pride ourselves on getting any repairs fixed as soon as possible and listening to the comments of our tenants.
