We met each other whilst studying at university in Leeds and now live locally with our young family. We have first hand experience of renting student accommodation and believe that a house finished to a high standard, at an affordable rent, makes the experience of sharing a house with friends more enjoyable. We have a small number of five-bed houses in Headingley which all meet the Unipol Code of Standards, and have a great relationship with our tenants (just ask our current tenants).
